#Tim Bos
Tim Bos is a blockchain and cryptocurrency expert who has had an extensive career in the industry. He is best known for founding Kleros, a decentralized dispute resolution layer on Ethereum which uses game theory to adjudicate disputes between two or more parties. He also co-founded Clearcoin, a payment platform that enables merchants to accept payments in any cryptocurrency without needing knowledge of how it works under the hood. Additionally, he serves as an advisor for several blockchain and cryptocurrency projects like Gnosis and The Crypto Valley Association.
Bos studied computer science at Université Libre de Bruxelles before going on to work at Deloitte Consulting where he acquired experience in financial services technology consulting. In 2017, Tim left his job to focus full time on Kleros, working alongside other notable founders such as Clément Lesaege and Federico Ast with whom he had previously worked at Deloitte. His passion for justice led him to create Kleros which is now being used by various companies across industries ranging from insurance claim settlement to ecommerce arbitrage protection.
Today, Tim continues to be actively involved in the world of blockchain technology through his advisory roles and mentoring activities within the community.
