Justin Sun is an entrepreneur and cryptocurrency investor from China. He is the founder of Tron, a blockchain-based decentralized platform for digital content entertainment which was created in 2017. In addition to his work with Tron, Justin Sun has made numerous investments in other blockchain projects such as Binance, BitTorrent, Circle and Ripple. He is also the CEO of Peiwo APP, a Chinese social media app that uses voice recognition technology to match users with compatible peers.
Sun gained global attention when he became the highest bidder at a charity auction held by The Warren Buffett Lunch Program in 2019; he paid $4.57 million USD for lunch with billionaire investor Warren Buffett and three guests of his choice.
