Fabio Araujo is an influential figure in the cryptocurrency world. He is a Brazilian entrepreneur who founded and serves as CEO of Atlas Quantum, one of Latin America’s largest crypto asset management companies. Founded in 2017, Atlas Quantum currently has over 500 thousand users from more than 30 countries and manages $200 million USD worth of investments on behalf of its clients.
Araujo began his career working for Microsoft Brazil before venturing into entrepreneurship with multiple successful startups including hardware company Sysfarma and advertising firm Adclick Digital Solutions. His foray into the cryptocurrency space came when he created Mercado Bitcoin, which became the first major bitcoin exchange platform in Brazil to gain traction with investors back at its launch in 2013. After recognizing that individuals had limited access to quality advice regarding their digital assets, he decided to found Atlas Quantum two years later as a response to this need while also creating an opportunity for him personally to further explore blockchain technology applications beyond just trading cryptocurrencies such as venture capital projects or tokenized securities issuance platforms like Neufund & Polymath Network .
