Economically Viable
Economically viable refers to the viability of a business, project or other undertaking when considering its economic aspects. It is usually measured by assessing how much profit can be generated from an investment in that particular endeavor and whether it is likely to bring a return on investment (ROI). Generally, projects are considered economically viable if they generate more revenue than costs over their lifetime. This means that the venture creates value for those involved and can provide positive returns.
In terms of cryptocurrency, economically viable may refer to investments with potential for higher returns compared to traditional markets such as stocks and bonds. Cryptocurrency has seen unprecedented growth since its inception in 2009 due to its decentralised nature, global availability and low transaction fees relative to other payment systems like credit cards or bank transfers. As such many investors have been attracted by the attractive possibility of large gains with little risk associated; however this should not detract from ensuring any proposed crypto-investment aligns with one’s own financial goals before committing funds into it – especially given their high volatility which might make them unsuitable choices for conservative investors who prefer lower risks but also potentially smaller rewards .
